Terms of Service
These terms cover use of Deese Publisher, a private internal tool operated by Billy Deese (Deese Real Estate). By signing in you agree to them. See also the Privacy Policy.
Who may use it
Only the authorized owner account may use the app. Public sign-up is disabled. Anyone else who reaches the app is shown a sign-in page and cannot see or change any data.
What the app does
- Receives finished MP4 videos and checks their format, length, file fingerprint and opening intro.
- Stores title, description, tags, hashtags, privacy and planned times for each video.
- Uploads a video to a connected YouTube channel only for jobs the owner has approved, with the exact details approved. Any change after approval cancels the approval. Today each upload is started by hand; a scheduled-publishing feature exists but is switched off.
- A global switch can block all publishing.
The app's server does not create or edit video content; it sends the stored file as uploaded. A separate intro-assembly tool, run outside the app, can combine the approved intro with a rendered video and re-encode it before upload. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are not connected, and the app does not post to them.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage.
- Only upload content you have the rights to publish.
- Follow YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Use of YouTube through this app is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Keep your sign-in details private.
Third-party services
The app relies on Lovable Cloud for hosting and on Google/YouTube for publishing. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and uploads may be limited by Google (for example, private-only uploads for unverified apps).
Ending use
You can stop using the app and disconnect YouTube at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. The operator may disable access at any time.
